More About Jun
Jun Liu is from Beijing, China, and is a landscape architect who has worked in Beijing for many years. She later went to Japan to study environmental science and completed her Ph.D. After coming to the United States, she successively worked in landscape architecture and civil engineering companies in California and Nevada. She eventually moved to Alaska with her husband's job relocation. She fell in love with Alaska and decided to settle here.
Jun has a broad educational background and enjoys working in different fields. She found the Afterschool Project and thought it would be a very rewarding job. She enjoyed her Afterschool learning activities as a youth. She learned to play music, the art of drawing, and more. These activities helped her understand her lessons with ease and led to better grades in school.
